Barry Griffiths, Ph.D. is an associate instructor in the Department of Mathematics within the UCF College of Sciences. He earned his Ph.D. in Education at the University of Central Florida in 2014. Dr. Griffiths is also an adjunct professor at the Vellore Institute of Technology, and helped in the development of the exchange program established between the institute and UCF. His research interests involve math education, perception and teaching methods in different student populations.
Some of his published works include “Teaching Undergraduate Mathematics in the United States, and the United Kingdom: Four Comparative Observations”, “A Comparison of Syllogistic Reasoning Skills Among American Undergraduates” and “The Teaching-Research Nexus: Perceptions of Exchange Students in the United States and United Kingdom”
